At Techdrix, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our digital services and customized physical products, we follow a clear refund policy outlined below. By purchasing from Techdrix, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Refund Policy.
1. Refund Policy for Services (Digital / Marketing / Design / Development)
Techdrix provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- Graphic Design / Branding
- Social Media Management
- SEO & Digital Marketing
- Paid Ads Management
- IT Support & Consultation
- Custom Software / Web Applications
1.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds for services are only applicable if:
- The project has not been started yet.
- No work has been delivered.
- Payment was made mistakenly (duplicate payment).
1.2 Non-Refundable Service Payments
Once the work has started, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances for:
- Design concepts already shared
- Development work already initiated
- Strategy, planning, or consultation already provided
- Monthly subscription-based marketing services already active
- Any delivered files, drafts, or progress updates
1.3 Deposits / Advance Payments
All advance payments and deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to reserve resources, planning, and project execution.
1.4 Project Cancellation
If the client cancels the project after work has begun:
- No refund will be issued.
- Client may receive completed work up to the paid amount (if applicable).
1.5 Delays Caused by Client
If the project is delayed due to lack of response, missing information, or delayed approvals from the client, Techdrix will not be responsible and no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Policy for Physical Goods (Products / Merchandise / Printed Items)
Techdrix also offers physical goods including:
- Apparel (Shirts, Hoodies, Caps, etc.)
- Printed merchandise
- Accessories and branded items
- Promotional products
2.1 Refund Eligibility for Physical Products
Refunds for physical products may only be considered if:
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To qualify, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures and proof.
2.2 Return Conditions
If a return is approved:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- The product must be returned within 7 days of approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Strict Policy for Custom Merchandise (NON-REFUNDABLE)
IMPORTANT NOTICE
All custom merchandise products are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE AT ANY COST.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Custom printed shirts / hoodies
- Custom caps / hats
- Personalized items
- Products made on customer request
- Any item with custom logo, design, text, or branding
Once an order is placed and production is initiated, the customer cannot request a refund, cancellation, exchange, or chargeback under any condition.
Techdrix does not offer refunds for custom products due to:
- Custom production costs
- Printing & material usage
- Time and labor involved
- Product being specifically made for the customer
4. Shipping Issues / Lost Packages
If a package is delayed or lost due to the courier/shipping company:
- Techdrix will assist in tracking the shipment.
- Refund is not guaranteed unless the courier confirms the package is officially lost.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Any unauthorized chargeback or dispute filed without contacting Techdrix first will be treated as a violation of our policy. We reserve the right to:
- Suspend future services
- Block future orders
- Submit proof of delivery and communication to the payment provider
6. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
- The amount will be returned through the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider
